Export joined report in salesforce lightning

In this blog post, you will learn an easy way to export the joined report into excel and also check the detailed steps to create the joined report in the Salesforce lightning. 

STEPS

1.    Login to Salesforce

2.    Go to the Reports tab

3.    Open the joined report to be exported to the excel sheet

4.    Click on the highlighted icon shown in the below screenshot

5.    Choose the Export option

6.    Click the Export button

7.    Notice the downloaded excel file in the browser. If it is not shown in the browser, check the download folder.

  2. I'm unable to download the joined report, I keep getting the same error:

    "An internal server error has occurred
    An error has occurred while processing your request. The salesforce.com support team has been notified of the problem. If you believe you have additional information that may be of help in reproducing or correcting the error, please contact Salesforce Support. Please indicate the URL of the page you were requesting, any error id shown on this page as well as any other related information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thank you again for your patience and assistance. And thanks for using salesforce.com!"
